Berenice Osorio
Berenice comes from Caracas Venezuela, where she was born and raised. She obtained her law degree in 1991 and entered the Venezuelan Navy in 1994. She worked for ten years as a Navy Officer, specifically in the Military Justice branch, where she became a prosecutor before the Court Martial for ten years. She obtained a post graduate degree in 2000 and competed a specialization in Criminalistics in 2002. Once she left the Navy, she began working for a corporation as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer for shopping centers for ten years. Her last job in Venezuela was as a Sales Representative in an International Trading Company from 2015 to 2017.
She moved to Raleigh North Carolina in 2017 and started a new chapter in her life. She worked for Target Corporation for almost two years, and she is currently studying in a Certified Paralegal program in Wake Technical Community College. She likes reading everything about American Laws but is most interested in immigration.
Additionally, Berenice is a certified personal trainer and group fitness trainer, obtaining both certifications from the National Academy of Sport Medicine during her first two years in this country. She used to train people in running during her spare time. She is a mother of three boys who are involved in sports as well. Berenice has been a passionate runner for many years and have successfully finished long distance races in her country, the United States and Europe. She loves to spend time with her kids and with the rest of her family.
Berenice es de Caracas Venezuela, donde nació y creció. Obtuvo su título de abogado en 1991 e ingreso en la Armada de Venezuela en 1994. Trabajo por diez años como Oficial de la Armada, específicamente en la rama de Justicia Militar, donde llego ser Fiscal Acusador ante la Corte Marcial durante diez años. Obtuvo un post grado en Derecho Penal en el año 2000 y finalizo la especialización en Criminalística en el año 2002. Una vez dejo la Armada, comenzó a trabajar en una corporación como Abogado Inmobiliario de Centros Comerciales por diez años. Su último trabajo en Venezuela fue como Representante de Ventas en una Empresa de Comercio Internacional, desde 2015 hasta 2017.
Se mudo a Raleigh, Carolina del Norte en 2017 y comenzó un nuevo capítulo en su vida. Trabajo para la Corporación Target por casi dos años y actualmente está estudiando un programa para certificación como Paralegal en Wake Technical Community College. Le gusta leer todo lo relacionado a las leyes americanas, pero esta más interesada en inmigración y derecho penal.
Por otra parte, Berenice es una entrenadora personal certificada y entrenadora de grupos, obteniendo ambas certificaciones de la Academia Nacional de Medicina Deportiva durante sus dos primeros años en este país. Ella solía entrenar personas para correr durante su tiempo libre. Es madre de tres niños, quienes también están involucrados en deportes. Berenice ha sido una corredora apasionada por muchos años y ha finalizado exitosamente carreras de larga distancia en su país, Estados Unidos y Europa. Ama pasar el tiempo con sus hijos y con el resto de su familia.
