Aubrey Kimble

Aubrey graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2015 with a double major in Economics and Hispanic Literature and Culture. During her time in college she studied abroad for a semester in Spain, where she learned Spanish. After graduation she spent two years in La Paz, Bolivia, teaching English at a rural university and working with children in the community. Her time in Bolivia awakened her passion for helping others, which sparked her interest in learning about immigration. Her interest in immigration has been a tool for helping many immigrants and their families to have a better future in the United States. Aubrey enjoys reading and doing various volunteer work in her free time.

Aubrey se graduó en la Universidad de Carolina del Norte en Chapel Hill en 2015, donde obtuvo dos licenciaturas; una en Economía y la otra en Literatura y Cultura Hispana. Durante su tiempo en la universidad, ella cursó un semestre de estudios de su licenciatura en España, donde aprendió el español. Después de graduarse vivió dos años en La Paz, Bolivia, enseñando inglés en una universidad rural y trabajando con niños en la comunidad. Su tiempo en Bolivia le despertó su pasión por ayudar a los demás, y fue así como se interesó en aprender sobre inmigración, lo cual ha sido su herramienta para ayudar a muchos inmigrantes y sus familias, a tener un mejor futuro en los Estados Unidos. Aubrey le gusta leer y hacer voluntariado en su tiempo libre.
